Shawn Nolan

Shawn earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Wayne State University in 2025. She previously graduated from Michigan State University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Promotion.

Before joining Ethos Physical Therapy, Shawn completed her terminal clinical rotation with the clinic and was excited to continue her career with the team. Throughout her undergraduate education, she worked as a physical therapy technician and gained valuable experience as a student physical therapist in various settings, including neurology, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and pediatrics. Shawn is passionate about lifelong learning and is committed to providing the highest quality, evidence-based care while continuing to learn from the experienced therapists around her.

Shawn lives in Livonia with her husband, Connor, where they both grew up. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, weekends Up North, cheering on the Detroit Lions, and keeping up with Michigan State basketball.
