Morgan Zirbel

Morgan serves as the Front Office Manager at Ethos Physical Therapy & Pediatric Therapy, where she is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient and keeping the clinic running smoothly. Before joining the Ethos family, Morgan built her career in orthopedic physical therapy practices throughout the Chicago area and metro Detroit, gaining extensive experience in patient care coordination, clinic operations, and customer service. Her diverse background allows her to support both patients and providers while ensuring each visit is as seamless as possible.

Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Morgan is a lifelong Packers fan who proudly cheers on the green and gold every football season. Her journey has taken her from Wisconsin to Austin, Texas (Hook ’em Horns!), then to Chicago before eventually heading to Michigan with her husband. Outside the clinic, Morgan has a deep passion for hockey. She played collegiate hockey and even earned the opportunity to participate in tryouts for the former National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL). Outside the clinic she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family, golfing, and enjoying the outdoors!
